Lower Level

We transformed an outdated basement into an inspiring haven for a young family of four in their lakeside home in Chesterland, Ohio. The underutilized space was reimagined into a colorful and functional environment where the whole family could gather.

We added a movie room with theater seating and blackout curtains, alongside a wine room featuring floor-to-ceiling custom shelving for their growing bottle collection. The main living area came to life with new furnishings, a terrazzo-tiled fireplace, and bespoke shelving that adds both warmth and extra storage. A favorite moment of ours is the refreshed bar area that is now a bright and welcoming mini kitchen perfect for hosting game and movie nights. We know this vibrant, personality-packed living space will be home to cherished family memories for years to come!
